Nick Ksenych

Nick founded Innovative Fabricators in 1994. With his vast experience in the metal fabrication industry, he decided to employ the artistic talents of his daughter, Terry, and pursue a new market; metal art products. Using metal as an artistic medium, Nick was able to grow our product line from a small number to nearly 2,000 unique items.

Under Nick’s leadership, Innovative Fabricator’s products were featured on the QVC Shopping Network, in the South Dakota State Capitol, and in hotels and homes across the country. During this time, Nick also spear-headed the project at Dakota Sioux Casino, the South Dakota Governor’s Hunt, and set the framework to carry the company’s tradition and success into the future.

Terry Beutler

Terry is the head artist and designer for Innovative Fabricators. Her work can be seen in nearly all of the retail products, as well as many of our custom projects. Terry is a gifted artist, and has a natural ability to create very attractive, original designs.

Terry graduated from Northern State University with a major in Education and an Art minor. It was during her time at Northern that she met her husband of 28 years, Wayne. In her spare time Terry enjoys traveling, exercising, and working on home improvement projects with Wayne. But most of all she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Eric Beutler

Eric is the third generation of family members working for Innovative Fabricators. Serving as sales and marketing director, he manages many of the custom work projects, as well as much of the new product growth. His eye for design and attention to detail help streamline the product development process, and shorten the time from conception to finished product.

Eric graduated from the University of North Dakota in December of 2006, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. It was during his time there that Eric developed the idea for the Collegiate Series, a line of officially licensed products featuring universities in the region.

While not at work, Eric enjoys golfing and boating in the summers, pheasant hunting in the fall, and travel and exercise year round. In addition, Eric is always game for fun with friends and family.

Kari Carter

Kari is the main customer service representative for Innovative Fabricators. She is often the first friendly voice heard when calling us. Kari has expansive knowledge of our retail product line and works closely with our retail customers to assist with orders, shipping information, and general inquiries.

Kari stays busy as a new grandmother and likes to spend time with her growing family.
