With locations in New York City and Texas, Tri-Tip Grill specializes in serving aged Angus beef in a quick service setting. Their fast-paced atmosphere requires condiment caddies that hold special sauces as well as table card numbers. Several methods and design prototypes were explored throughout the development process before deciding on the final version. A functional and durable caddie is the result. Each caddie is fabricated from steel and built to withstand the abuse of a busy restaurant environment. Services provided include design, prototyping and production.
